A bit about me. After 10 years in commercial marketing I took on my first charity fundraising role at Great Ormond Street Hospital in 2002. Since then I have led fundraising and/or marketing teams at Asthma UK, Barnardo’s, Battersea, Comic Relief, Marie Curie, Mencap, Missing People and Teenage Cancer Trust. I’m now Executive Director of Fundraising and Engagement at the disability equality charity Scope. I oversee the charity’s thinking on brand, marketing, digital, data, public fundraising and philanthropy and grants. I have a hidden disability which is complex post traumatic stress disorder and chronic depression. At Scope I can finally bring my whole self to work which I thoroughly recommend.
